Acorn Bread

Ingredients

 1 cup acorn flour
 1 cup flour
 2 tbsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 3 tbsp sugar
 1 egg
 1 cup milk
 3 tbsp oil

 

Steps

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Measure acorn flour

Dump acorn flour into bowl

Measure flour

Dump flour into bowl

Measure 3 tbsp sugar

Dump into bowl

Measure 2 tbsp baking soda

Dump into bowl

Measure 1/2 tsp salt into bowl

Measure 1 cup milk

Pour milk into bowl

Break egg and put into bowl

Measure 3 tbsp oil into bowl

Stir ingredients together

Batter should be lumpy

Grease pan

Pour batter into pan

Use an oven mitt

Put pan in oven

Set timer for 30 minutes

Use oven mitt

Remove from oven

Let cool then eat and enjoy!

Try with butter and honey!
