Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients

 450 g ground beef

 1 cup bread crumbs

 ½ cup grated cheese

 ½ cup onion (chopped)

 ½ cup ketchup

 1 ½ tsp salt

 2 eggs

 non-stick spray

Steps

Chop onion

Put onion in large bowl

Add meat to bowl

Add bread crumbs to bowl

Add cheese to bowl

Add salt to bowl

Stir

In small bowl, beat eggs and ketchup

Stir everything together

Spray loaf pan

Put mixture in loaf pan

Put in oven at 350 degrees F

Cook for an hour

Wear mitts and remove
