 pencil sharpener

 waxed paper

 tear drop stencil

 scissors

 iron

 hole punch

 string

Steps

Peel paper off crayons

Sharpen crayons

Collect all of the shavings

Get wax paper

Sprinkle shavings

Put wax paper on top

Set iron on low

Iron paper 1 to 2 times

Let cool

Trace drop on paper

Cut out shape

Hole punch top of drop

Cut string

Attach to drop

Hang and enjoy!
