Ingredients

 pancake mix

 water

 syrup

 cooking spray

Steps

Wash hands

Add 1 cup pancake mix to bowl

Add 3/4 cup water to bowl

Mix together in bowl

Spray skillet with oil

Heat burner to medium

Pour batter in pan in two circles

Wait 2 minutes

Flip pancake

Wait 2 minutes

Put on plate with toppings
