Chicken Carbonara
Ingredients
125 g chicken breast (cubed) 1 rasher of bacon ¼ onion (diced) ½ egg yolk 1 mushroom 125 ml cream ¼ tsp minced garlic ¼ cup grated cheese 80 g pasta

Steps
1Add pasta to saucepan with 2 cups of water
Place on stove for 10 minutes
Drain pasta using colander
2Cut chicken into 1cm cubes
Place chicken to the side
Clean knife and chopping board
3Cut bacon into small pieces
Cut mushroom into slices
Dice onion
Grate cheese
4Add chicken to skillet and fry until cooked
Add bacon
Add mushrooms
Add garlic
Cook for 3 more minutes
5Separate the egg yolk and egg white
Place the yolk and white in separate cups
Using a fork, whisk the yolk
6Add cream to the frypan
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add half of yolk mix
Add grated cheese and stir well
7Once cheese has melted:
Add cooked pasta
Toss until combined
Move to foil container
