Fried Rice

Ingredients

 4 cups white rice
 6 eggs
 1 bag frozen vegetables
 minced garlic (to taste)
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 splash of sesame oil
 oil (for frying)

 

Steps

1

Add 4 cups rice to rice cooker

Add 4 cups of water

Cook rice

Chill rice in fridge

Add tbsp oil to wok

Scramble 6 eggs

Set eggs aside on plate

Add 2 tbsp oil to wok

Saute veggies and garlic

When soft, remove from heat

Add 2 tbsp oil to wok

Add rice and egg to wok

Add 3 tbsp soy sauce

Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Turn on heat

Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes or until hot

Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil

Serve and enjoy!
