Ingredients
2 large apples ½ lemon 1 inch fresh ginger ⅓ cup chopped walnuts ⅓ cup chopped almonds ⅓ cup chopped pecans ⅓ cup golden raisins 1 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground cardamom

Steps
1Wash apples
Wash lemon
Peel apples
2Cut out apple cores
Slice horizontally
Cut into thin strips
Turn and cut into cubes
Put apple cubes in bowl
3Peel ginger using spoon
Grate ginger
Measure 1 tsp ginger
Put ginger in bowl
4Cut lemon in half
Squeeze lemon juice into bowl
Stir to coat apples
5Add 1/3 cup walnuts
Add 1/3 cup almonds
Add 1/3 cup pecans
Add 1/3 cup raisins
6Add 1 tsp cinnamon
Add 1/4 tsp cardamom
Add 3 tbsp honey
Stir
7Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup wine
Stir
