Pickled Beet Eggs

Ingredients

 6 Eggs
 15 oz Canned beets
 ½ cup Sugar
 ½ cup Cider vinegar
 Water

 

Steps

Get 6 eggs

Put eggs in pot

Cover eggs in water

Turn stove on high

Put pot on stove

Wait for water to boil

Wait 5:00 (5 minutes)

Turn stove off and put lid on pot

Wait 5:00 (5 minutes)

Caution- it is hot!

Pour water in sink

Put cold water in pot

Get small pot

Open can of beets

Pour beets in pot

Get 1/2 cup water

Pour water in pot

Get 1/2 cup sugar

Pour sugar in pot

Get 1/2 cup vinegar

Pour vinegar in pot

Stir with spoon

Turn stove on low

Put pot on stove

Wait 5:00 (5 minutes)

Take shell off eggs

Put eggs in container

Pour beets on eggs

Eggs should be covered

Put lid on container

Put container in fridge overnight

Enjoy!
