Soft Pretzels
Ingredients
1 ½ cups warm water 1 packet dry yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 3 ¾ cups flour 1 beaten egg sea salt to sprinkle

Steps
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Put parchment on baking sheet
2Dissolve yeast in water
Add salt and sugar
Stir
3Add flour slowly
Mix until not sticky
4Turn dough out onto surface
Knead for 3 minutes
Shape into ball
5Cut ball into equal pieces
Roll piece into a long rope
Shape into pretzel
6Put pretzels on baking sheet
Brush with beaten egg
Sprinkle with salt
7Bake for 10 minutes
Cool and enjoy
