Corn Casserole
Ingredients
16 oz can whole kernel corn, drained 15 oz can creamed corn 8 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 cup sour cream ½ stick butter, melted cooking spray 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
1Heat oven to 350 degrees
Put butter in small bowl
Microwave butter to melt
Caution- it is hot!
Pour butter in large bowl
2Open both cans of corn
Pour corn in large bowl
Open box of muffin mix
Pour muffin mix in bowl
3Measure 1 cup sour cream
Pour sour cream in bowl
Stir ingredients
Spray dish with cooking spray
Pour into dish, smooth with spoon
4Put dish into oven
Bake 45 minutes
Take out of oven
Careful- it is hot!
5Measure 1 cup cheese
Sprinkle cheese on top
Put dish into oven
Careful- it is hot!
Bake 5 to 10 minutes
6Take out of oven
Careful- it is hot!
