Five-Spice Chicken

Ingredients

 3 tbsp oil
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 3 tbsp minced ginger
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 2 tsp ground turmeric
 2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
 4 chicken breasts

 

Steps

Put 5 spice, ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce, and turmeric in the bowl and stir.

Add chicken to the bowl of spices.

Mix the chicken in the spices.

Wash hands.

Turn on the stove.

Put fry pan in stove.

Put oil in pan.

Wait for oil to heat up.

Put chicken in hot pan.

Fry chicken for 10 minutes.

Use tongs to turn the chicken.

Fry for 10 minutes on other side.
