Five-Spice Chicken
Ingredients
3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp minced ginger 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp ground turmeric 2 tsp Chinese 5 spice 4 chicken breasts
Steps
1Put 5 spice, ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce, and turmeric in the bowl and stir.
2Add chicken to the bowl of spices.
Mix the chicken in the spices.
Wash hands.
3Turn on the stove.
Put fry pan in stove.
4Put oil in pan.
Wait for oil to heat up.
5Put chicken in hot pan.
6Fry chicken for 10 minutes.
Use tongs to turn the chicken.
Fry for 10 minutes on other side.
