Beef Skewers

Ingredients

 16 oz sirloin tip steak
 ¼ oz fresh rosemary
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 salt
 pepper
 pearl onions
 grape tomatoes

 

Steps

Put skewers on baking sheet

Put water on sheet

Cut steak into small cubes with shears

Steak is cut

Put steak in bowl

Wash hands

Take leaves off rosemary

Cut rosemary with shears

Put rosemary in bowl

Get 2 tablespoons olive oil

Put olive oil in bowl

Get 1 tablespoon garlic

Put garlic in bowl

Sprinkle with salt

Sprinkle with pepper

Mix with hands

Wash hands

Fill pot with water

Put pot on stove

Turn heat to high

Water is boiling

Pour onions into water

Cook for 3 minutes (3:00)

Stir with spoon

Put colander in sink

Wash with cold water

Cut off root end of onion

Squeeze onion to peel

Put onions in bowl

Get skewers

Pour water off sheet

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Wash tomatoes

Get all ingredients

Put ingredients on skewers

Put skewers on sheet

Put skewers in oven

Cook for 15 minutes (15:00)

Take out of oven

Caution- it is hot!

Turn over with fork

Put skewers back in oven

Cook for 15 minutes (15:00)

Take out of oven

Caution- it is hot!
