Banana, Apricot, and Date Oat Bars

Ingredients

 3 bananas
 3 cups oats
 ¼ cup finely chopped dates
 ¼ cup finely chopped apricots
 ¼ cup slivered almonds
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 1 ½ tsp vanilla
 cooking spray

 

Steps

Mash banana

Add oats

Add pitted dates

Add dried apricots

Add slivered almonds

Add vanilla

Add cinnamon

Mix everything in bowl

Put mixture in tray with cooking spray

Set oven to 180 degrees C

Bake in oven for 30 minutes

Cut into bars
