Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Steps
1Twist lid off of jar
Measure 1 cup of cream
Pour cream into jar
Twist lid onto jar
2Shake Mason jar!
Keep shaking until solid
Shaking more until liquid again
3Twist lid off jar
Pour out buttermilk
Twist lid back on
4Put in fridge
Wait 1 hour
5Enjoy your butter!
