Stuffing

Ingredients

 5 stalks celery
 ½ onion
  cup butter
 1 tsp bouillon powder
 1 tsp poultry seasoning
 1 cup water
 salt
 pepper
 8 slices bread

 

Steps

Wash celery

Cut ends off celery

Cut into short pieces

Cut pieces in half

Cut pieces into cubes

Cut onion in half

Take skin off onion

Cut ends off onion

Cut onion into strips

Cut onion into cubes

Put pan on stove

Unwrap butter

Cut butter into pieces

Put butter in pan

Turn stove to medium

Butter will melt

Put onion in pan

Put celery in pan

Stir with spatula

Cook until soft

Get 1 teaspoon bouillon

Put in pan

Get 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Put in pan

Sprinkle in salt

Sprinkle in pepper

Get 1 cup water

Put in pan

Stir with spatula

Turn oven to 325 degrees

Cut bread into strips

Cut strips into cubes

Put bread in bowls

Put sauce on bread

Stir

Put bowl in oven

Cook 45 minutes (45:00)

Get stuffing out of oven

Caution- it is hot!
