Ingredients
5 stalks celery ½ onion ⅓ cup butter 1 tsp bouillon powder 1 tsp poultry seasoning 1 cup water salt pepper 8 slices bread
Steps
1Wash celery
Cut ends off celery
Cut into short pieces
Cut pieces in half
Cut pieces into cubes
2Cut onion in half
Take skin off onion
Cut ends off onion
Cut onion into strips
Cut onion into cubes
3Put pan on stove
Unwrap butter
Cut butter into pieces
Put butter in pan
Turn stove to medium
4Butter will melt
Put onion in pan
Put celery in pan
Stir with spatula
Cook until soft
5Get 1 teaspoon bouillon
Put in pan
Get 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Put in pan
6Sprinkle in salt
Sprinkle in pepper
Get 1 cup water
Put in pan
Stir with spatula
7Turn oven to 325 degrees
Cut bread into strips
Cut strips into cubes
Put bread in bowls
8Put sauce on bread
Stir
Put bowl in oven
Cook 45 minutes (45:00)
9Get stuffing out of oven
Caution- it is hot!
Enjoy!
