
Cheddar Cheese Dip
This recipe is adapted from a Cooking Classy recipe.
Cheddar Cheese Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cheddar cheese 1 cup half and half 1 tbsp corn starch tortilla chips
Steps
1Open cheese
Grate cheese
2Measure 1 cup cream
Pour cream in pan
Measure 1 tbsp corn starch
Pour corn starch in pan
Whisk until smooth
3Turn heat to medium-high
Whisk until it boils
Turn heat to low
Whisk for 30 secyonds
Turn heat off
4Add cheese to pan
Turn heat to low
Stir until melted
Turn heat off
5Serve in bowl
Enjoy!
