Cheddar Cheese Dip

Ingredients

 8 oz cheddar cheese
 1 cup half and half
 1 tbsp corn starch
 tortilla chips

 

Steps

Open cheese

Grate cheese

Measure 1 cup cream

Pour cream in pan

Measure 1 tbsp corn starch

Pour corn starch in pan

Whisk until smooth

Turn heat to medium-high

Whisk until it boils

Turn heat to low

Whisk for 30 secyonds

Turn heat off

Add cheese to pan

Turn heat to low

Stir until melted

Turn heat off

Serve in bowl
