Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
1 lb fresh strawberries mixed berries, fresh or frozen 1 pear 2 apples 3 tbsp peach preserves 1 tbsp brown sugar flour tortillas cooking spray cinnamon sugar mix
Steps
1Wash ALL fresh fruit
Cut big fruits
Remove stems, dice
Core and dice
Add to bowl
2Add mixed berries
Measure 3 tbs peach preserves and 1 tbs brown sugar to bowl and mix well
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees
4Use kitchen scissors to cut tortillas into wedges/triangles
5Place tortilla wedges onto sheet pan
Spray with cooking oil
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
6Place pan of tortillas into hot oven
Bake for 10 minutes
7Turn off oven
Use hot mitts to remove pan
Plate sugar tortillas
Serve with fruit salsa
