Hummus-with-Veggies-Final-Recipe

Hummus with Veggies

Ingredients

 cucumbers
 baby carrots
 celery sticks
 ½ tsp paprika
 2 tsp salt
 ½ cup olive oil
 2 tsp cumin
 2 tsp minced garlic
 30 oz cans chickpeas
 4 tbsp lemon juice

 

Steps

Wash cucumbers and cut into slices

Put carrots, celery sticks, and cucumbers on a plate

Put chickpeas in colander and rinse

Measure all ingredients

Put all ingredients except vegetables and paprika into blender

Turn blender on and blend until smooth and creamy

If hummus is too chunky, add 1 tablespoon of water and blend

Put hummus in bowl, sprinkle with paprika, and serve with vegetables
