
Marble Cupcakes
This recipe is adapted from the Ultimate Marble Cupcakes recipe on Sally's Baking Addiction.
Marble Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix 1 cup water ½ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs food coloring buttercream frosting
Steps
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put liners in tin
Open cake mix
Pour mix in bowl
2Measure 1 cup water
Pour water in bowl
Measure 1/2 cup oil
Pour oil in bowl
3Add 3 eggs
Wash hands
Mix for 2 minutes
Put 1 cup batter in bowl
4Color 1 cup batter blue
Color rest of batter yellow
Put 1 tbsp yellow batter in tin
Put 1 tbsp blue batter in tin
Put 1 tbsp yellow batter in tin
5Gently swirl with toothpick
Put in oven
Bake 12-17 minutes
Check if done with toothpick
Take out of oven and let cool
6Divide frosting into two bowls
Color one bowl yellow
Color other bowl blue
Cut corner off plastic bag
Put bag in tall glass
7Put yellow frosting in bag
Put blue frosting in bag
Hold bag above frosting
Squeeze to frost cupcakes
Enjoy!
