Using a ice tray is wrong.
Hi! Thanks for the comment! I didn’t create this recipe, but why do you say that using an ice cube tray is wrong? I think the original author was likely looking at a recipe like this: https://tasty.co/recipe/ice-cube-tray-pizza-bites
I am excited to try this with my class! Pizza is a favorite and this puts a new twist on it. Did you cut the pie crust to fit into each “cube” or lay it over and press it in? Might need to play with it to see how it will be easier for my students to do. Thanks again for a great twist to a favorite food.
Another user of the site shared this recipe so I’m not sure what they did, but I would try laying it over and pressing it in. There’s a video showing what to do on this site: https://tasty.co/recipe/ice-cube-tray-pizza-bites
