Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
2 eggs ¾ cup sugar 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice ½ tsp salt 15 oz can pumpkin puree 12 oz can evaporated milk 1 refrigerated pie crust
Steps
1Heat oven to 425 degrees
Put pie crust into pie pan
2Crack eggs into bowl
Beat eggs with whisk
Stir in other ingredients
3Pour mixture into pie crust
Bake for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes
Test with knife to see if cooked
Cool for 2 hours then refrigerate
4Enjoy!
