Ingredients
wrap cream cheese spinach bean sprouts avocado cucumber tomato red onion salt and pepper
Steps
1Wash hands
Put on gloves
Put on apron
2Get chopping board
Use chopping knife
Carefully slice tomatoes
3Get chopping board
Use chopping knife
Stone avocado
Peel avocado
Slice avocado
4Get chopping board
Use chopping knife
Peel red onion
Finely chop red onion
5Get chopping board
Use vegetable peeler
Thinly slice cucumber
6Get a plate
Place one wrap on plate
Using a spoon
Spread cream cheese on wrap
7Layer vegetables onto wrap
Fold and roll wrap
Enjoy
