Fall Trail Mix

Ingredients

 ¾ cup butter
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 2 tbsp vanilla extract
 12 oz Rice Chex
 7 oz Bugles
 4 cups pretzels
 8 oz Reese's pieces
 2 cups autumn candy

 

Steps

Heat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit

Cut butter in pieces

Put butter in measuring cup

Melt butter in microwave

Get 3/4 cup brown sugar

Put sugar in butter

Get 2 tablespoons vanilla

Put vanilla in butter

Whisk sauce

Put Rice Chex in bowl

Put Bugles in bowl

Put pretzels in bowl

Pour sauce on top

Stir with spoon

Put parchment on baking sheet

Put cereal on baking sheet

Bake 45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes

Caution- it is hot!

When cool, put cereal in bowl

Add Reese's pieces

Add autumn candy

Mix with spoon

Enjoy!
