Fried Rice

Ingredients

 2 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tsp minced garlic
 1 cup chopped onions
 2 cups white rice
 4 cups chicken broth
 2 cups frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
 4 tbsp soy sauce

 

Steps

Measure all ingredients

Put sesame oil, garlic, onion, and rice in rice cooker and stir

Add chicken broth and vegetables to the rice cooker

Turn rice cooker on and wait until the timer clicks off and light turns from "cook" to "warm"

Add soy sauce to the rice, stir, and serve!
