Mini Pies

Ingredients

 pie crust
 pie filling
 whipped cream

 

Steps

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Flour board and unroll crust

Cut circles in pie crust

Press circles into muffin cups

Put 2 tbsp of pie filling in each cup

Bake 18 minutes

Cool in pan for 1 hour

Remove pies from muffin cups

Add 1 scoop of whipped topping

Enjoy!
