No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
 2 cups whipping cream
 pinch of fine salt
 2 tsp vanilla extract

 

Steps

Chill loaf pan in freezer

Get medium bowl

Add pinch of salt

Add vanilla

Add condensed milk

Whisk together

Get large bowl

Add cream

Whip for 2 minutes on medium

Whip until stiff peaks form

Measure 1 cup whipped cream

Add to condensed milk mixture

Fold it in with spatula

Add mixture to bowl of ice cream

Fold until well-blended

Pour into loaf pan

Cover and freeze 5 hours
