Mini-Cheese-and-Spinach-Quiches-Final-Recipe

Mini Cheese and Spinach Quiches

Ingredients

 6 eggs
 1 cup heavy cream
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp cayenne
 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
 1 bag spinach
 no stick cooking spray

 

Steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray

Measure all ingredients

Chop spinach into small pieces

Whisk eggs and heavy cream together in large bowl

Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper

Stir in cheese and chopped spinach

Pour mixture into mini muffin tin

Bake at 375 degrees until quiches are set

Carefully remove hot food from oven, using pot holder

Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
