Gluten-Free Vanilla Mug Cake

Ingredients

 ¼ cup gluten-free flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp sugar
 1 egg
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 tbsp milk
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 sprinkles

 

Steps

Mix dry ingredients: 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 2 tbsp sugar

Add in wet ingredients: 1 egg, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp milk, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together

Pour batter into cup

Cook 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds

Let cool for 1 minute

Careful, it's hot!

Add sprinkles if desired
