Ingredients
2 cups flour ¾ cup salt 4 tsp cream of tartar 2 cups warm water 2 tbsp food coloring

Steps
1Stir flour, salt, and cream of tartar in a large pot
2Add water and oil; stir together
3Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly
4Stir until dough forms a ball
5Remove pot from stove
6Put dough on a plate to cool
7Knead dough until smooth
Store in plastic bags
